Turkey has a great potential for investments and investors have never regretted over their participation in capitalization of its economy, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Erdogan made the remarks Oct. 10 addressing the 23rd World Energy Congress in Istanbul, the TRT Haber news channel reported.

Turkey is expanding its investment opportunities and strengthening its infrastructure to attract big investments, he noted.

The 23rd World Energy Congress kicked off Oct. 9 and will end Oct. 13. Turkey’s Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Berat Albayrak are the initiators of the event.
