Belgian politician: Important to achieve maximum effectiveness of sanctions against Russia

It is necessary to achieve maximum effectiveness from the sanctions imposed on Russia because of the actions of this country in Ukraine, former member of the European Parliament, Belgian politician Tom Vandenkendelaere, said at the IX Global Baku Forum.

He noted that the European Parliament was initially clear about the war in Ukraine.

This war is a clear example of a hybrid war, and action must be taken to solve this problem, he said.
