European Commission reveals conditions for Ukraine's accession to EU

First Vice-President of the European Commission (EC) Frans Timmermans said that the end of the war with Russia is one of the conditions for Ukraine's admission into the EU, reported from foreign press.

He said Ukraine should emerge from this war as a victorious, independent, and sovereign state. According to Timmermans, this will allow Ukraine to choose to join the EU. So the allies should continue to help Kyiv, he said.
