More than 300 cargo planes carrying humanitarian aid for the population of the Gaza Strip have landed at the airport in the Egyptian city of Al-Arish, located in the north of the Sinai Peninsula since the escalation of tensions in the Palestinian enclave, said the head of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society in North Sinai province Khaled Zayed, reported from TASS.
"From October 12 to the present, 305 planes with humanitarian aid to the residents of the sector arrived at Al-Arish airport,” Zayed said.
