US President Donald Trump stated that his visit to China, scheduled for late March or early April, may be postponed due to the military operation against Iran.

"I don't know, we're working on it right now," he said, answering a reporter's question at the White House about whether his visit to China would go ahead as planned. "We're discussing it with China. I would very much like to [visit China]. But because of the war, I want to be here; I think I have to be here," the American leader added. "So we've requested that it be delayed by about a month," the US president explained, referring to the possibility of rescheduling the visit.

"I'm looking forward to going there. We have a very good relationship," Trump added, referring to China. "So I think it will be delayed a little bit, not much," he clarified, referring to his visit to China.
