Peskov: Zelenskyy can come to Moscow if he wants to meet Putin

A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could be held in Moscow, and the Ukrainian leader would be provided with security guarantees, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

According to him, otherwise, a meeting between the leaders of the two countries could turn into a waste of time.

Peskov said that Moscow is ready to guarantee Zelenskyy’s security if he comes to the Russian capital.

The Russian official had previously also said that if Zelenskyy wanted to meet Putin, he could come to Moscow and that the invitation remained in force.
