US Supreme Court permits Trump administration to resume third-country deportations

The US Supreme Court has authorized President Donald Trump's administration to resume deporting undocumented migrants to third countries without affording them an opportunity to challenge their removal on human rights grounds, CNN reported. 

Introduced as part of a broader crackdown on immigration enforcement, the policy allows authorities to remove foreign nationals to alternative third countries—even those with which the migrants share no prior ties—when their countries of origin refuse repatriation. 

According to media and monitoring reports, approximately 25,000 individuals have already been deported from the United States under this program.
