Bir, the region’s first fully integrated digital ecosystem, is strengthening the role of women in technology.

Participants will receive training in both technical and soft skills, while also working on practical projects and gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment.
Those who achieve high results at the end of the program will be eligible for internship opportunities within Bir, as well as mentorship support and broader career development prospects.
