Azerbaijan will prepare a transparency report prior to the COP29 event, Mukhtar Babayev, the President-designate of COP29 and Azerbaijan's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, said in an interview with Real TV, according to the information.

He noted that as part of COP29, countries are expected to present transparency reports on their climate projects. 

According to Babayev, Azerbaijan aims to lead by example and submit this crucial document before the conference begins. 

Minister Babayev further highlighted that Azerbaijan will showcase numerous green projects during COP29, with a significant portion focused on the Karabakh region. 

"Projects from other parts of Azerbaijan will also be featured," he said, adding that COP29 is a good opportunity for Azerbaijan to showcase its projects.
