Azerbaijan police solve 77 crimes in one day, interior ministry says

 Azerbaijani police solved 77 crimes, including cases registered on March 17 and those from previous periods, the Interior Ministry said.

During operations, 178 wanted individuals were detained, including 136 listed as debtors, and handed over to the relevant authorities.

Police also identified 26 drug-related cases and 24 incidents involving the discovery and seizure of illegal weapons and ammunition.

In addition, 60 suspects were detained on suspicion of committing crimes, the ministry said.
