Azerbaijan’s petroleum product exports jump in Q1

Azerbaijan exported 187,341 tonnes of petroleum products worth $130.9 million in January–March, according to calculations based on data from the State Customs Committee of  Azerbaijan.

Export value rose 2.3 times year on year, while volumes increased 53.1% compared with the same period in 2025.

Oil products in Azerbaijan are processed at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery, which meets domestic demand. The facility is undergoing reconstruction and modernisation.
