Hot weather expected in Baku, hail possible in some regions

Partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on June 6, with occasional overcast conditions and mainly dry weather. The northwesterly wind will shift to a southeasterly direction during the day.

According to the National Hydrometeorological Service, temperatures will range from 16-19 degrees Celsius at night to 25-30 degrees during the day.

Mostly dry weather is forecast across Azerbaijan's regions. However, brief rain showers, thunderstorms and hail are possible in some mountainous and foothill areas during the daytime.

Fog is expected in some districts during the night and morning hours. Temperatures in the regions will range from 15-18 degrees at night to 26-31 degrees during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will range from 5-10 degrees at night and 13-18 degrees during the day, rising to 21-26 degrees in some places.
