Heavy rain and flash floods forecast in Azerbaijan’s mountain regions

Intermittent rain is expected in Azerbaijan’s mountainous and foothill regions on July 30–31, the National Hydrometeorological Service said.

Short but intense showers, thunderstorms and hail are possible in some areas.

River levels are expected to rise, while flash floods may occur in some mountain rivers
