Azerbaijani national rescued from drowning in Istanbul
An Azerbaijani citizen was rescued from drowning while swimming off the coast of Istanbul's Besiktas district.
The individual, identified as Allahyar, had arrived in Turkey for an internship program when he lost consciousness after getting into distress in the sea. Bystanders pulled him ashore, where a nurse at the scene administered emergency first aid until medical responders arrived.
Paramedics transported him to the Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital in Seyrantepe. Hospital authorities confirmed that the patient's condition is stable and his life is out of danger.
