Interior Ministry to provide healthcare for agency staff

Azerbaijan’s Interior Ministry will provide healthcare services to employees of the State Agency for Protection of Strategic Facilities, including retired staff and their family members, from January 1, 2027, under a Cabinet of Ministers decision.

The services will include disease prevention, primary and emergency care, outpatient and inpatient treatment, as well as medical rehabilitation.

The Finance Ministry was instructed to allocate the necessary funding annually as part of the Interior Ministry’s expenditure when preparing the state budget.
