According to the official exchange rates set by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan for 9 December, the US dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 AZN.

Report informs that the euro declined by 0.07% to 1.9800 AZN, while 100 Russian rubles decreased by 0.6% to 2.2094 AZN.
