Russia becomes top market for Azerbaijan’s non-oil exports

Russia was the largest destination for Azerbaijan’s non-oil exports in the first quarter of 2026, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication said.

Azerbaijan exported $211.6 million worth of non-oil goods to Russia in January-March.

Exports to Turkey totaled $139.9 million, followed by Georgia at $120.7 million, Switzerland at $103.4 million and Ukraine at $42.7 million.

In March, non-oil exports to Russia amounted to $62.5 million, while exports to Turkey stood at $56.5 million, Georgia at $43.5 million, Switzerland at $35.7 million and Ukraine at $13.7 million.

Azercosmos exported $4.1 million worth of telecommunications services in the first quarter to about 90 companies in 32 countries.
