Azerbaijan’s external public debt falls nearly 8%

Azerbaijan’s external public debt stood at $4.678 billion as of May 1, down 7.8% from the same period a year earlier, according to the State Statistics Committee.Local media reported the figures on Tuesday citing official statistics.

Last year, Azerbaijan’s external public debt declined by 6.7% to $4.813 billion.
