Azerbaijani citizens buy dozens of properties in Türkiye

Azerbaijani citizens purchased 60 residential properties in Türkiye in March 2026, ranking among the country’s top foreign homebuyers, data from the Turkish Statistical Institute showed.

Azerbaijanis ranked sixth among foreign buyers of real estate in Türkiye. In January-March, they purchased a total of 174 apartments and houses.

In 2025, Azerbaijani citizens bought 944 properties in Türkiye, compared with 866 a year earlier, indicating continued demand for Turkish real estate.

Russian, Iranian and German citizens remained the largest foreign buyers of property in Türkiye
