WUF14 to be held in Mexico City in 2028

The 14th session of the World Urban Forum, WUF14, will be held in Mexico City in 2028, Mexican Ambassador to Azerbaijan Maria Victoria Romeo Caballera said.

She said Mexico would work closely with UN-Habitat to prepare for the forum.

“We promise that we will be committed to the successful organisation of the forum. Together with UN-Habitat, we will begin coordinating work and preparations for WUF14,” the ambassador said.

She added that representatives of various Mexican ministries and government agencies would begin working on the assigned tasks after returning home.
