535 subscribers and 30 consumers supplied with water in Shusha
The Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ASWRA) has provided water supply to 535 subscribers and 30 consumers in Shusha city.
According to anews correspondent in Shusha, this information was shared during a media tour organized by the agency.
It was noted that the city's water supply is ensured by sources located in the Kichik Kiris Mountain and the Zarisli area. Water is delivered to the city through main pipelines with a total length of more than 21 kilometers. Within the city, reservoirs with a total capacity of 2,800 cubic meters are in operation.
Currently, the water network extends 34.5 km, while the sewage network covers 27.5 km. A water treatment facility with a daily capacity of 5,000 cubic meters has been reconstructed and put into use in Shusha.
Wastewater is discharged from the city into valleys and directed to the Dashalti River. According to the First State Program on the Great Return, 368 families have been resettled in Shusha city, while 14 families have been relocated to the village of Boyuk Galadarasi.
