Azerbaijan to deliver 17 railcars of diesel fuel to Armenia
Azerbaijan is continuing petroleum product supplies to Armenia, with a new shipment consisting of 17 railcars of diesel fuel.
The cargo is expected to be transported by rail via Georgia as part of the expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two South Caucasus neighbours.
Fuel exports from Azerbaijan to Armenia began after the normalization of relations and are seen as a practical step toward restoring economic links in the region.
Azerbaijan has previously supplied several shipments of gasoline and diesel fuel to Armenia and has also facilitated the transit of various goods across its territory.
