Azerbaijan’s consolidated budget posts 4.6 billion manat surplus in first half

Azerbaijan’s consolidated budget revenues totalled 24.41 billion manats in the first half of 2026, while expenditures reached 19.82 billion manats, the Finance Ministry said.

The consolidated budget recorded a surplus of 4.59 billion manats.

The State Social Protection Fund reported revenues of 4.30 billion manats and expenditures of 4.12 billion manats.

The Unemployment Insurance Fund received 125.2 million manats and spent 78.1 million manats.

The Compulsory Health Insurance Fund recorded revenues of 1.01 billion manats and expenditures of 1.15 billion manats.

The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan reported revenues of 8.54 billion manats and expenditures of 6.43 billion manats.

The budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic recorded revenues of 218.4 million manats and expenditures of 215.7 million manats.
