Caspian Pipe Coatings resumes operations after nearly three-year break
28.07.2026 17:30

Caspian Pipe Coatings LLC (CPC LLC), whose main shareholder is SOCAR, has completed its first order after an almost three-year suspension caused by the relocation of its production site and a major modernisation programme.

The company resumed operations in June and had completed concrete coating on 26,000 metres of pipes by the end of July. The pipes have already been delivered to a SOCAR offshore facility.

Established in 2002, CPC LLC specialises in thermal insulation, concrete coating and anti-corrosion protection for pipelines.

The company has worked on major projects including Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, Shah Deniz, the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, Umid, Absheron and the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion project.
