Fair weather in Baku on August 13, heavy showers and hail expected in regional districts

Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will see variable cloudiness and mostly dry weather on August 13, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service.

The northwesterly wind will shift to the northeast during the daytime. Temperatures on the peninsula will range between 23-26°C at night and 31-36°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will stand at 757 mm Hg, with relative humidity levels at 70-75% at night and 45-50% during the day.

Across the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent showers, thunderstorms, and hail are expected, starting from the northern and western districts. Heavy rainfall is anticipated mainly in mountainous and foothill areas. Occasional fog is predicted in mountain regions during night and morning hours, accompanied by an easterly wind.

Temperatures in the lowlands will reach 22-26°C at night and 32-37°C during the day, while mountainous regions will record 12-17°C at night and 20-25°C during the day.
