President Ilham Aliyev stressed that Armenia carried out mass mining in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
After the end of the war, more than 240 of Azerbaijani citizens died or lost their health due to mine explosions, the head of state said during a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on July 25.
