Qafarova scheduled to meet Armenian parliament speaker Simonyan in Istanbul

Azerbaijan’s parliament speaker Sahiba Gafarova is scheduled to meet Armenian National Assembly Chairman Alen Simonyan in Istanbul on Thursday on the sidelines of the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, according to Azerbaijani and Armenian media reports.

The 152nd IPU Assembly is being held in Istanbul from April 15 to April 19, according to the organization’s official event page.
