President Ilham Aliyev meets former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko in Baku

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, who is currently visiting Baku, the Azerbaijani leader announced on his official X account.

During the meeting, the leaders reflected on their personal acquaintance spanning over two decades, reviewed joint efforts that strengthened Azerbaijan-Ukraine bilateral relations, and exchanged views on the future trajectory of interstate cooperation.

In the course of the meeting, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan presented President Ilham Aliyev with a certificate conferring the title of "Honorary Citizen of the City of Irpin."
