Russian singer Leps to perform in Baku

Popular Russian singer Grigory Leps will give a concert at the Heydar Aliyev Palace in Baku on November 19.

The concert will be named "The Best", AzerTag reports.

Leps is the winner of "Song of the Year" and "Golden Gramophone" awards.
