Azerbaijan’s strawberry exports surge more than fivefold

Azerbaijan’s strawberry exports posted strong growth this year.

According to the May edition of the Export Review published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, the value of strawberry exports reached $11.1 million in April 2026, more than five times higher than a year earlier.

For comparison, strawberry exports were valued at $2.2 million in April 2025.

Strawberries were among the fastest-growing products in Azerbaijan’s non-oil export basket.
