Zelenskiy says Ukraine will step up strikes on Russia
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Kyiv would intensify strikes on Russian territory in response to continuing Russian attacks.
In an interview with TSN, Zelenskiy said Ukraine planned to respond to Russian strikes on a daily basis and gradually increase the scale of such operations.
He said Ukraine had strengthened its capabilities in 2026 through the development of its domestic defence industry, the work of its defence forces and the production of long-range strike weapons.
Zelenskiy also reported a strike on a facility in Russia’s Tyumen region, saying the operation involved new Ukrainian Fire Point drones capable of carrying out long-range missions.
