Azeri Light crude nears $87 a barrel

The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude oil rose by $0.39, or 0.45%, to $86.90 per barrel on global markets. 

According to a source in the oil market, Brent crude September futures were trading at $84.49 per barrel. 

The price of Azeri Light on an FOB basis at Türkiye’s Ceyhan port increased by $0.39, or 0.47%, to $83.54 per barrel. 

Azerbaijan’s 2026 state budget is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel. (⁠1news.az)
