Trump to hold separate meetings with Netanyahu and Zelenskiy

U.S. President Donald Trump will hold separate meetings at the White House on Tuesday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

The meetings come as the conflicts involving Iran and Ukraine reach critical stages. Trump’s relationship with Zelenskiy has improved recently as Kyiv seeks to contain Russian advances.

Netanyahu’s visit comes amid growing White House frustration over the failure to secure a broader agreement on Iran. Some of Trump’s supporters have also criticised deeper U.S. involvement in conflicts in the Middle East.

Netanyahu and Zelenskiy travelled to Washington to attend a memorial service for the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, a prominent supporter of Ukraine and Israel.
