Kazakhstan considers BTC, Baku-Supsa as alternative oil export routes
Kazakhstan diverted part of its oil exports to alternative routes in July due to disruptions in the operations of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), citing Kazakhstan's Ministry of Energy.
The ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan that work is underway to redistribute export flows. As part of this effort, the volume of oil transported via the Atyrau-Samara route has been increased, while supplies to China have also risen.
