US expands sanctions on Iranian oil networks

The US Department of the Treasury has expanded its sanctions designations against Iran, blacklisting approximately 50 entities, over 20 individuals, and six oil tankers, anews.az reported. 

According to official notices, Washington's latest measures are designed to target revenue streams funding the Iranian regime and disrupt its illicit petroleum supply and shipping networks.
