Israel to Expel Dutch Officials
Israel has ordered the immediate expulsion of Dutch representatives from the International Gaza Support Center in Kiryat Gat, giving them one week to leave the country. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar announced the measure on X, noting that the decision was taken with the approval of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Official notification has been sent to the Netherlands Embassy and shared with U.S. officials.
The move follows a Dutch legislative ban on trade involving Israeli products originating from the West Bank (Judea and Samaria), East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights, set to take effect next month. Sa'ar cited an escalation in anti-Israel policies and boycotts by the Dutch government, emphasizing that Israel will not leave hostile actions unanswered.
