President Ilham Aliyev: Intercultural and Interreligious Relations Central to Azerbaijan’s Agenda
ЭIntercultural and interfaith dialogue remains central to Azerbaijan's national priorities, President Ilham Aliyev stated during his address at the opening of the 7th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in Baku.
"Azerbaijan has historically and consistently been a multicultural nation. Positioned between Europe and Asia, Azerbaijan has served as a cultural bridge connecting the two continents for centuries," the head of state emphasized. President Aliyev noted that over recent years, the World Forum has evolved into an effective and inclusive international mechanism that advances cross-cultural engagement, deepens broader collaborative partnerships, and facilitates comprehensive deliberation on critical global agenda items.
