Azerbaijan Central Bank reserves fall last year

Azerbaijan’s Central Bank has said its reserves fell 2.8 percent last year, declining to $13.8 billion as of Dec. 31 from $14.2 billion a year earlier.
The reserves shrank 8 percent in December from a month earlier, the bank said.
It gave no reason for the sharp decline.
