Socar to sell 3.4% of Petkim shares to BCM Global Fund

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is going to sell 3.4 percent of its shares at Petkim to BCM Global Fund, brokerage Unlu Securities has said in public filing.

The price of the deal is 4 TL a share.

The shares will be sold on Feb. 5 on Borsa Istanbul’s wholesale market.
