Azeri Light crude slips to $82.60
The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude edged down by $0.01, or 0.01%, to $82.60 per barrel on the global market, Report said, citing an oil market source.
Brent crude futures for August stood at $80.35 per barrel at the close of trading.
The FOB price of Azeri Light at Turkey’s Ceyhan port rose by $0.03, or 0.04%, to $80.38 per barrel.
Azerbaijan’s 2026 state budget is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel.
Azeri Light is produced mainly from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli fields, where Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR holds a 31.65% stake.
