Gold and silver futures slip on COMEX exchange

Futures for precious metals declined on global commodity markets, pressured by selling across key contracts.

On the New York COMEX exchange, gold futures for December 2026 delivery fell 0.6% to trade at $4,357.70 per troy ounce (31.1 grams).

Silver tracked the downward move, with COMEX December futures dropping 0.98% to settle at $65.77 an ounce.
