Nar launches AiNar digital assistant
30.09.2026 16:30

Azerbaijan’s affordable mobile operator Nar has launched AiNar, an artificial intelligence-powered assistant available in the Nar+ app, with the aim of further enhancing the customer experience. The new solution processes customer enquiries promptly and provides 24/7 support, while also enabling users to carry out a range of service-related operations directly within the app.

With AiNar, customers can obtain information about tariffs and internet packages, activate or deactivate them, manage their roaming line and packages, and check their current tariff and balance. AiNar also answers enquiries related to eSIM transfers, credit services, obtaining a new number, and other services. The Tariff Advisor feature recommends a tariff based on the customer’s needs. As a result, customers can access the information they need more quickly and use a range of services without having to spend time searching through menus.

Currently available in Azerbaijani, English and Russian, AiNar enables customers to receive prompt and uninterrupted support without waiting in a queue. In addition to expanding AiNar functionality and introducing new self-service options, Nar plans to offer customers personalised sales offers and recommendations in the future.

Currently serving 2.2 million subscribers, Nar has been Azerbaijan’s leading mobile operator in terms of the Customer Loyalty Index for the past seven years. This achievement is underpinned by Nar’s consistently implemented customer-centric strategy. The mobile operator provides users with reliable, high-quality communication services at affordable prices, a variety of internet packages and modern eSIM technology.
