The 6th session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Technical, and Scientific Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Greece was held in Athens.

Co-chaired by Azerbaijan's Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and Greek Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Theoharis Theoharis, the session reviewed prospects for expanding bilateral ties across multiple sectors and advancing new joint initiatives.

Highlighting the outcomes, the sides signed a Joint Action Plan on Tourism for 2026–2028, with both delegations emphasizing that the newly concluded agreements will significantly bolster bilateral economic partnership and investment flows.
