Iranian president says Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Monday that Tehran recognizes Karabakh as an integral part of Azerbaijan.
"We believe that Karabakh is an integral part of Azerbaijan and we respect this," Pezeshkian said during expanded talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku.
The meeting marked a reaffirmation of Iran’s support for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity amid ongoing regional diplomacy.
