Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan continues investigating AZAL plane crash

The Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan continues investigating the causes of the Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) passenger plane crash near the city of Aktau, with the most experienced staff involved in the investigation, reported from Kazakh media.

"The investigation is ongoing, an investigative team has been formed from the most experienced staff, and examinations have been ordered. As you know, this is a complex case. We are awaiting the results," Deputy Prosecutor General Galymzhan Koigeldiev said, responding to a question about the investigation of the AZAL plane crash.
