President of Azerbaijan to attend summit of CIS heads of states

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is to take part in the summit of the CIS heads of states due in Bishkek today.

According to Oxu.Az, the statement came from department chief of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry Bolotbek Mukashev.

He said presidents Ilham Aliyev (of Azerbaijan), Vladimir Putin (of Russia), Nursultan Nazarbayev (of Kazakhstan), Emomali Rahmon (Tajikistan), Serzh Sargsyan (Armenia) and Alexander Lukashenko (Belarus) have confirmed their participation.
