Azerfon and Palmali Sign Partnership Agreement

Two years long Corporate Service Agreement is signed between the two sides

Acting under the corporate trademark of Nar Mobile, the Azerfon LLC has signed two years long Partnership Agreements with Pal Food LLC, Palmalife LLC and Khazar Lankaran Football Club LLC. According to the Agreement that entered into force on 1 October 2014, both sides have undertaken the obligation of mutual corporate services. At the same time, the Sponsorship Agreement signed between the Azerfon LLC and the FC Khazar Lankaran LLC will enable the Azerfon Company to be a partner in all competitions and events held with the participation of the FC Khazar Lankaran.

Expressing his utmost satisfaction on these agreements signed with the Holding that contributes to the social and economic development of the country, the Azerfon CEO Mr Kent McNeley has highly valued successful activities of the Palmali Group of Companies specializing in different fields. Mr McNeley also spoke about significant achievements of Nar Mobile during last years and has noted that the agreement on the cooperation between Azerfon and the largest holdings and companies that has a special place and prestige in the local business environment was a brilliant example of these results.

Mr Tuyghun Nadirov, Vise-President of FC ‘Khazar Lenkoran’ noted that the given agreement would lead to the close cooperation between companies specialised in the field of nutrition, tourism and sport on one hand, and mobile operator on another hand. Speaking on the Azerfon sponsorship of the most supported FC ‘Khazar Lenkoran’, Mr Nadirov emphasised that this will be beneficial and productive for both Nar Mobile and football club.
