Azerbaijan, UAE discuss aviation coop

Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are contemplating cooperating in the field of aviation.

According to Azerbaijan's state news agency Azartac, the country’s Consul General in Dubai, Parviz Ismayilzade, and the president of the Department of Civil Aviation, CEO and chairman of the Emirates Group and Chairman of Dubai World Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum had an exchange of views on prospects for cooperation.

Ismayilzade spoke about Azerbaijan`s achievements over the last years and highlighted the construction of a new terminal at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

The two sides said they were keen to further develop bilateral relations.
