Russia provides itself with all basic types of food. For grain, this figure was 185.4%, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, reported from Russian media.

Putin stressed that despite all the sanctions, Russia’s agricultural exports amounted to $41.6 billion and this year, Russia is going to export 55-60 million tons of grain.

"I would like to note that, in general, the Russian agro-industrial complex shows a very positive trend. Thus, last year the agricultural production index amounted to 110.2%. A record grain harvest was achieved - almost 158 million tons," he said.
