Italy makes decision on Azeri gas

Italian government takes one more significant step on Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) – signed a certificate of compliance of the pipeline for Italian part.

TAP told APA-Economics that the document was signed by Italian Environment Minister Gianluca Galetti.

The agreement was reached after regular extensive discussions of local communities, public consultations and national and regional bodies of the government.

“TAP tries to deliver the world-scale project to Italy with responsibility and will continue close cooperation with all participants”, the report says.

Final report of Energy Information Agency conforms with norms and legislation of Italy, including EU, as well as meets the requirements of EBRD and IFC.
